Thank you for the pleasant overnight stay for our arranged visit. The rooms offered are neat and silent with excellent coffee, all conveniences, for example. This property is in a perfect location, really close to tube underground, the Stratford underground station and Also easy to walk to Westgate center. Newham district is worth looking into.

I appreciated the hotel, its quiet and bright room and fine stuff. Generally everything was good, even so the bathroom was grubby. Marvellous location for visiting a stadium and restaurants walk from the property. The hotel was also walk from a subway station.

I enjoyed the room - it was bright and silent with towels changed daily, bathroom, as for instance. Central location of this low-budget hotel was a bonus.

Hotel booked for operatives working in the area. they have asked to be rebooked into this hotel every week so that is recommendation in itself. their comments were that the continental breakfast was ok but they would much prefer a cooked breakfast! There is parking on site but it gets quite congested until the workers leave for the 7.30am sites.
Gets booked up very quickly by companies for their workers in the area, so book early.

The family room was soooo big, we all had our own beds! Staff were really nice n helped us a lot. Super clean facilities too. The location is perfect for getting into central london and we even had parking on site. Loved my stay and definitely coming back!
Breakfast could have been better, not much variety. We only got one pillow each which was kinda lame.

Friendly staff, clean room, at a reasonable rate.
Suggestions, Breakfeast facilities a bit basic for the amount of guests staying, a extra set of tea/coffee makers and a extra toast machine would have sped up the queue. How about a decent big vending machine for 24 hour availability of snacks and soft drinks ?

Had a fantastic one-night stay! The shower was hot and invigorating, and the large wall fan was a lifesaver during a hot day. The owner even allowed me to keep my car parked while I explored London.

Receptionist was very helpful. Breakfast was as good as it could be. Easy to find your way around the hotel and the 24hr reception is a bonus! Room and en-suite were spacious. Rooms are fab IF you don't mind the fact that people have probably been smoking in them.
When we arrived for check-in after 11am (as it stated on the booking forms) our room was not ready. It hadn't been cleaned. We were told we could put our bags in the room and it would be cleaned while we were out. The room absolutely stunk of cigarettes. I am a smoker but I did not want to walk into a room like that. The ashtray was overflowing - I thought ALL hotels were no smoking these days? When we came back they'd cleaned the ashtray and put it back on the side. I did not smoke in the room.
